Qualfon Names Mark Boyer Site Director for Guyana to Manage High Growth

Georgetown, Guyana – April 17, 2013 – Qualfon, a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) and call center service provider, is pleased to announce the addition of Mark Boyer as Site Director for Guyana.

Mr. Boyer reports directly to Alejandra Romero, COO. He has strong operational leadership in business process outsourcing and is a great addition to the Qualfon family. He will lead the Guyana operations teams to continue their outstanding growth and operational excellence.

With a Bachelor’s degree in business administration specializing in accounting, and extensive background in our industry from the Americas (mainly in the Dominican Republic) to the Philippines and South Africa, Mr. Boyer has worked for companies of the likes of Stream, 3Com, Modus, and Convergys. He also has vast experience in the telecommunications segment, in particular, managing up to six sites and 4,000 agents.
